Seaver has been extremely interested in certain things during our first month of marriage. These interests have been focused on outdoorsy things. The main interest is hunting; hunting deer, elk, wild boar… you name it he has likely watched a YouTube video or read an article about it. I was even shown a pair of camouflage sunglasses tonight.

This brings us to the above picture, the cyclone rake. We are watching an infomercial about it currently and I would be willing to bet that Seaver is thinking that it would be a great option for our ranch! Which of course has been his secondary interest.

Stay tuned for the explanation of the ranch dream. Turns out we are both fairly interested in that one!

hey hey hey! there were some exciting developments that happened last week and i’m here to share them all with you fine folks.

1. EIC at so great has made the big move up to NYC. she’s staying on my couch til thursday then off to her new digs in “billyburg” (direct quote). everyone make sure to wish her luck!

2. there is a new blog for you to waste time at work looking at check out. it comes to us courtesy of my roommate Lauren. make sure to go to stalk all recent adventures of this crazy kid at la la la lauren, especially her most recent post re: our weekend adventure to atlantic city!

the article is courtesy of The Moment blog from the NYTimes about Giorgio Armani’s store opening party on Tuesday night. my lucky lucky roommate got to attend to escort celebs onto the red carpet, lined with step and repeats, to be interviewed by members of the press. she came back with stories upon stories of celebs and the crazy things they did.

one “little lady” who shall remain unnamed, to protect the innocent of course, made a pr assistant meet her inside with her fur shawl after being warned about PETA being on the premises. another not to be named celeb made a point to say he was, “keeping quiet, just keeping quiet tonight”.

my favorite part about the whole thing is that GA himself blogged about this! he’s got some great peeps.
